I’m going to keep the holiday theme going this month. This is for all those givers out there. You know who you are luvy! 😉🥰🤫
You’re a giver, and you help others in so many ways. Most of the time, you truly enjoy giving. So, when you let others give to you, they experience the joy of giving. You give them a gift each time that you’re a gracious receiver.
By receiving, you replenish yourself and balance the male and female energies within and around you. By allowing yourself to receive, you swim in the flow of life, which washes away stagnant energy, bringing in new forms of abundance, creative ideas, and all types of opportunities. Even the simplest act of receiving is healing, and it is a powerful step in the manifestation process.
Allow others to give you loving care. Receive without guilt or apologies.
I am also a giver, but I’ve learned that it’s very important to allow others to reciprocate. I inherited “couple” friends after my divorce. We had always gone out to dinner together with our children. We continued going out, but they wouldn’t let me split the bill. I appreciated the generosity, and I truly knew they were coming from such a gracious place, but it was awkward for me. I told them that I would love to continue to see them, but they would have to allow me to split the bill. Well Love, I think you know how that story ended! Even if it’s regarding your adult children, you have to allow people to give back. It’s a necessary balance of energy.
I was so blessed to be able to spend time with my family in the south over Thanksgiving. They have a tradition of creating “goodbye notes” to make leaving easier on the wee ones. I had to include this one. My beloved Thea wrote nothing…just created art. Love, luv, luv it! My eyes look a little crazy, but otherwise, I think it’s a perfect resemblance, no?
