Hello Love,

It’s been awhile. I’ve been going through it, I’m not gonna lie. My most beloved male figure (my 2nd Dad) has heart problems and the rescue I volunteer at is being dismantled as we speak. Please keep Francis and all my furbabies in your thoughts and prayers!  I always hold a special place for all of you, I hope you will be patient with me as I navigate this 3-D life.

Tonight I pulled a card that I think you will relate to.

We are all attractive in our own unique way. Part of self-esteem is appreciating how wonderful you truly are. Never ever put yourself down in any way.! Always think self-loving thoughts about your body, your face, your hair, your weight, and every inch of your physical self.

It’s never enough, I know! But don’t let that inner voice “ego” whatever it is to you, bring you down. You are perfect in every way Love!

Tell yourself positive affirmations daily, such as, “My inner light radiates through every pore and cell of my body, and everyone is attracted to my inner and outer beauty.”

Invest time and money in services that make you feel wonderful, such as massages, facials a new hair style or mani/pedis. If you can’t do any of that, spend time in meaningful ways that make you feel joyous, and you will glow with the attractiveness of a truly happy person.

Affirmation: My inner and outer selves are radiantly attractive right now. I love my beautiful self.
