Since it came up again rather quickly, I’ll introduce another crystal for healing and forgiveness, the Smokey Quartz.

This happens to be my own ET Smokey Quartz from Utah.  It’s very special, you can work with it just by focussing upon it. Smokey quartz in general is like taking an extra strength Tylenol! It’s grounding and reconnects us to Gaia (the earth). Just look at it, it feels soothing, doesn’t it?
